A little help
Practical answers, from permissions to saving your work.
Why can I only see some of my photos?
The app can only access photos you authorize. If you granted limited access, find this app’s Photos permission in iOS Settings to update your selection or allow full access. Photos and videos are grouped by creation date and type.
How do the two cleanup modes work?
In Select to Delete mode, selected items are added to the deletion queue. In Select to Keep mode, unselected, unlocked items within the current cleanup scope are added to the queue. You can remove items from the queue before reviewing it. Actual deletion requires system confirmation.
Is the photo lock an encrypted vault?
No. You can lock or unlock items at any time, and the app rechecks locks before deleting. Locks only protect against deletion within this app. They do not encrypt or hide photos, or prevent deletion in Apple Photos or other apps. Deleting this app and its data removes its local lock records.
Can I recover deleted photos?
Deleted items normally remain in Recently Deleted in Apple Photos for 30 days, during which you can recover them. With iCloud Photos enabled, deletion also syncs to other devices. The status shown in Apple Photos is authoritative.
Why do some photos or videos need an internet connection?
If an original is only in iCloud, Apple’s system may need to download it when you request to view or play it. Album Breeze has no cloud photo library of its own and does not upload photos to the developer.
What about purchases, refunds or a new device?
The App Store handles downloads and payments. You can redownload from your purchases using the same Apple Account while the app remains available. Request refunds through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. The app has no account system or developer-operated sync; lock records and cleanup progress are not synced through developer servers.
