How do notifications and alarms differ?
Local notifications need notification permission. System alarms on iOS 26 or later require separate authorization. Stopping an alarm does not complete an item. Records remain usable without either permission.
Will it remind me indefinitely without opening?
No. It schedules a limited queue of up to 60 notifications and 20 system alarms, refreshed when you open, edit or complete items. Check the actual coverage shown in the app.
Are shift schedules shared with other people?
No. Names and patterns are entered on your device, without invitations or online sharing. Overnight shifts, ad hoc swaps and automatic holiday adjustments are not supported.
Can I export a backup?
There is currently no in-app import or export, or guaranteed restoration after reinstalling. Keep important information before deleting the app. Apple backup coverage depends on your settings.
